Just wanted to let you know of an exciting new frontier for Sunset Creek. There is a new partnership consisting of myself and Adrian Price. Adrian brings not only 24 years of a successful career in real estate, he also brings the technical skills to move the company forward. It merges the new technology and tools with old adherence to the philosophy of serving our client’s needs first. If we keep doing that, we will all be successful.
To that end, Sunset Creek Realty is almost complete in our rebranding. We have a sharp new logo. Our new website – www.sunsetcreekrealty.com is second to none. Please check it out and let me know what you think and email me at my new email address at Allen@sunsetcreekrealty.com  We have invested heavily into a customer relations and transactional management system which will allow us to smoothly and efficiently move from the initial meeting with clients to showings to sales to closings and beyond.
We have also totally remodeled our office. The update presentation will allow for efficient work stations, a comfortable meeting area and the technical equipment to serve our clients and our own office needs. Stop by anytime – just bring a mask. When the smoke clears, I will be sending out an announcement for our grand reopening where you can see for yourselves. I look forward to seeing you then.
BTW – we are selling! Surprisingly the local market has not been impacted as much as one might think. The Shoreline area is relatively safe as many businesses have adopted safety protocols. Our “sister” businesses, i.e. lawyers, bankers and inspectors have all adopted procedures and protocols to deal with transactions. And lastly, we are seeing a bit of a flight from urban areas with increasing numbers of rental and sales.
